Lucinda Hewitson is an industry leader in Diversity & Inclusion and works with companies and industry bodies to capitalise on the benefits of more inclusive workplaces. At home, Lucinda is the mother of 3 girls.
An Organisational Psychologist with 20+ years’ experience, Lucinda has spent much of her career working with companies in Australia and overseas to coach leaders and create high-performing teams.
Since establishing Diversity Inclusion in 2013, Lucinda has advised global mining companies, federal and state government agencies, utilities providers, the insurance sector, international consulting firms and sporting organisations on improving diversity in their workplaces.

Proud mother of 2 busy boys, Brigid is an experienced commercial lawyer. With a history in the SA legal system, Brigid has diverse experience in all things business law.
Acting for employers and employees in the past, Brigid has been involved in a range of employment law matters, spanning workplace agreements, employment, contracts, unfair dismissal, salary disputes, redundancy, entitlements, sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Brigid returned to work to join the Thrive Team to pioneer new solutions and strategies for SA businesses when it comes to employment of pregnant employees / parents.
Thrive Wellness Expert
Leanne is an expert in Positive Psychology and passionate about creating positive workplace cultures that promote employee wellbeing through specialist psychology techniques and the teaching of mindfulness.
A skilled workshop facilitator, Leanne leads workshops focused on mindfulness and positive psychology and is also a Diversity Inclusion 'Call it Out Program' Facilitator. Leanne coaches employees on practices to improve well being and build resilience within their teams.
As a mother and with first hand experience of navigating the challenges as part of the 'sandwich generation', Leanne brings a wealth of experience. She has been invited to contribute her skills and knowledge in the creation of Thrive.
